Returns Policy

To process a return/exchange please contact sunandsandbeachco@gmail.com.

Should there be a fault in product received , the customer is to notify Sun & Sand within 14 days of receiving the item in order for the return to take place. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the original order number as proof of purchase.

May there be an error in product selection , no cash refund will be made however we can provide an exchange or store voucher to the value of the original item. Should this be the matter, the customer is to notify Sun & Sand within 72 hours of receiving the order. The product is to be returned in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees incurred.
